I graduated from Emory University with degrees in Biology and Physics/Astronomy and subsequently completed an MPhil in Medical Science at the University of Cambridge, where I studied spatial changes in human breast tissue during aging. I am currently an MD/PhD student in the Chemical and Physical Biology program at Vanderbilt University. In the Lau and Sarkar labs, I am interested in using computational and spatial biology approaches to understand cellular plasticity in colorectal cancer and how interactions with the tumor microenvironment influence cancer progression and invasion. Outside the lab, I enjoy cooking, running, exploring Nashville, and spending time with friends.
